She began her career in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and over the last 20 years, mastered her technique in precision cutting and coloring with industry leaders in Chicago and on the west coast. Her studio, situated with its windows and doors open to surrounding trees, embodies the synergistic approach Allison takes to bringing her clients’ self-expression to life. Allison’s infectious enthusiasm for great hair extends through her work as a Regional Master Trainer. She believes the boldest, most creative work grows from a solid technical foundation and helps stylists rigorously refine their technique with care and intention.
