Shay Dempsey is the Global Artistic Director of Sebastian Professional. One of the world’s most recognizable hairdressers with more than 30 years of experience, Shay has a unique approach to hair design that has helped establish Sebastian Professional as a provocateur of craft education for more than three decades. A creative visionary and salon owner, Shay is constantly pushing boundaries and challenging himself to inspire those around him to be their most creative selves. When Shay is not working with Sebastian Professional, he can be found at his Sunset Plaza Salon in the heart of West Hollywood, California.
