Applying a full balayage, hair painting technique, on Autumn, natural level 7 hair with no previous highlights. I will be demonstrating my 3D hair painting technique where I paint the same sub-section on multiple sides at once, creating depth plus impact with efficiency. This technique creates beautiful dimension while being soft for a super low maintenance grow out adding value to your service for your client.
You will learn:
  • Classic Balayage hair painting with Davines Century of Light Liberty Lightener and glossing with View demi permanent hair color.
  • Hair prep for a full balayage, sectioning and subsections.
  • 3D highlight placement, the why behind the placement throughout the entire process.
  • How to balayage highlight so softly no root shadow necessary.
  • Gloss formulation, application and timing.

Jehnna is a colorist and session hair stylist based in Brooklyn, New York with over 18 years of experience. Highlights are her specialty, and she believes that whether you’re a natural blonde, brunette, redhead or have previously colored hair; we all need that little bit of sparkle to create dimension in our color.
