Co-founder of Color Space, Lupe Voss began her journey as an educator in 1998 and has dedicated her career to advancing the art of hair color. A gifted and passionate teacher, Lupe has empowered colorists worldwide to thrive in their careers. For 32 years, she also co-owned the highly successful Julian August salon in Redlands, California.

Widely regarded as one of North America’s most sought-after color educators, Lupe’s technical expertise and enthusiasm have inspired countless professionals. As the founder of the Hair Color Magic education program, she has guided hairdressers to unleash their creativity and master customized color techniques. Lupe brings the same passion and dedication to the Color Space education program, sharing her innovative approach to placement, formulation, and flawless execution.
